Red Hat 3scale APIcast returns "Could not get OIDC provider from <URL>"
Issue
Authentication fails on 3scale and the APIcast logs it shows the following:
YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS [error] 24 # 24: * 2 [lua] discovery.lua: 108: openid_configuration (): Could not get OIDC provider from <OIDC ENDPOINT> status: 0 body: nil, context: ngx.timer
