Any operation with undercloud Swift fails after updating undercloud
Issue
- After undercloud is updated to the latest RHOSP16.1, Updating overcloud images fails because of 500 error returned by undercloud Glance
$ openstack overcloud image upload --update-existing --image-path /home/stack/images/

glanceclient.exc.HTTPInternalServerError: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error: The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.

- Also the
openstack overcloud update preparecommand fails because of 500 error returned by undercloud Zaqar
