DNS servers missing in /etc/resolv.conf after reboot during RHOSP 13 minor upgrade

Issue

  • When doing an minor upgrade from RHOSP 13z8 to RHOSP latest it is necessary to reboot all nodes, as described on this procedure procedure
  • After rebooting all the overcloud nodes and cpt0 the configuration file (/etc/resolv.conf) is empty

  • Red Hat Openstack Platform (RHOSP) 13z8.
