Deployment/Scale Out fails due to connection error with Ironic Python Client on port 6385

Issue

• While performing stack deployment or scale-out activity, Ironic python client reports connection error due to missing route to host on 6385 port.

• Baremetal Console shows below error

    oslo.service.looping call type error cannot concatenate 'str' and 'tuple' object
