Issue

When redeploying an OSD, for example, after a hard drive replacement by using by using the "add-osd.yml" Ceph-Ansible playbook, the following error occurs in /var/log/messages on the OSD node:
```
"ERROR: unable to open OSD superblock on /var/lib/ceph/osd/ceph-<nn>: (2) No such file or directory"
```
