[RHEV] Unable to connect to the guest using VNC, getting "Failed to Connect to Server!" error

Issue

Unable to connect to the guest using VNC, getting "Failed to Connect to Server!" error.

On vdsm.log of the hypervisor the VM is running on it, we can see the following error:
