Fabric Maven Plugin - fabric8:zip goal overwrites io.fabric8.agent.properties

Issue

• When using the the fabric8-maven-plugin's fabric8:zip goal, a profile's io.fabric8.agent.properties file is overwritten.

An example project structure looks as follows:

./src/main/fabric8/README.MD
./src/main/fabric8/test.properties
./src/main/fabric8/io.fabric8.agent.properties

• When the fabric8:zip is executed on this project the configuration provided in io.fabric8.agent.properties is lost and a new io.fabric8.agent.properties is generated by the plugin.
