Jolokia request reports "Invalid number of operation arguments" in an invocation with URIs

Issue

Making a Jolokia request that involves a URI, like this:

http://fuse:8181/hawtio/jolokia/exec/io.fabric8:type=Fabric/importProfiles(java.lang.String,java.util.List)/1.0/["mvn:foo.bar/foo/bar/1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/zip/profile"]

fails with an error message about the number of arguments:

"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid number of operation arguments. Operation importProfiles(java.lang.String,java.util.List) on io.fabric8:type=Fabric requires 2 parameters, not 6 as given
