Issue
- How to make instances running on a node should be failed over to other available node when the first node gets down.
- If we enable instances HA enabled first, will it impact scale-out of compute nodes in future, if yes, what would be recommended way out
- Recommendations for enabling Instances HA
- How to force some instances to always spawned on a particular set of compute node only.
