Issue

• Not able to import any image in OCP.
• Getting below error everytime while importing an image:

# oc import-image h1234/jenkins-2-rhel7  --from=registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3/jenkins-2-rhel7    --confirm  
The import completed with errors.
