Why the first call to a KJar takes over 30 seconds to startup since JBoss BRMS 6.3.1 version?
Issue
Once the server has started, the first call to the rules engine takes over 30 seconds before being available to use. Subsequent calls are done in milliseconds. Could the first call to the rules be faster?
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss BRMS (BRMS)
- 6.3.1 and later
