Horizon dashboard only reports the number of cores that are present on the compute nodes.

Issue

  • Nova API reports only the number of cores available on the compute nodes.
  • Nova API does not take into account cpu_allocation_ratio.
  • The nova hypervisor-stats commands also exhibits the same behaviour.
