Is it possible to set default value for "Instance Boot Source" in Horizon dashboard ?

Issue

• We are wondering how can be changed the default value for Horizon's "Instance Boot Source". We want to change it from "Boot from image" to "Boot from image (creates a new volume)".
• Is this change possible? Horizon supports it via django flags in config files? We didn't find any chance to apply it, so this is the main reason we open this case as an RFE. If not, is it possible to hide the "Boot from image" option at least?
