  • Creating instances error shows "block device mapping is invalid".
  • Nova instance creation failure.
  • Nova boot instance from volume failing.
  • VolumeNotCreated error, Volume did not finish being created even after we waited error.
  • Nova appears to hit a timeout when creating boot from volume instances.
