Issue

  • We need to secure the communication between the domain controller and the host controllers with certificates.
  • How to setup SSL for domian to host controller communication ?
  • How to setup SSL channel for master-slave intercommunication ?
  • How to implement harden of https security for both primary and slave ?
  • HC unable to connect to DC in HTTPS mode ?
  • Getting the following issue when remote host tries to connect to DC:-
JBREM000200: Remote connection failed: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: certificate_unknown
  • While startup of slave 1 host controller it starts, but slave 2 host controller on node 2 is showing following authentication error. Even after setting up the secret identity, the host controller is not able to connect to the domain.
04:37:26,590 ERROR [org.jboss.remoting.remote.connection] (Remoting "slave2node2:MANAGEMENT" connection failed: javax.security.sasl.SaslException: Authentication failed: all available authentication mechanisms failed
04:37:26,601 ERROR [org.jboss.as.host.controller] (Controller Boot Thread) JBAS010901: Could not connect to authentication failure.
