Red Hat OpenStack 6 Installer Dashboard Missing Deployment Option
Issue
When using the Red Hat OpenStack 6 Installer Dashboard, after a deployment, one should be able to go to Infrastructure->Deployments and view the deployment information. In rare cases this Deployment view in the Dashboard is no longer visible.
