Packstack Installation for RHEL Openstack 4.0 platform errors

Issue

Following the installation instructions as outlined in RHEL Openstack Platform 4 Getting started guide to install Openstack.
Packstack utility threw out several errors during the process of install using the all in one install option.

# packstack --allinone
