unable to sync any repositories from cdn.redhat.com

Our foreman server that syncs from cdn.redhat.com is now reporting multiple sync errors

https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel8/8/x86_64/baseos/os

https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel8/8/x86_64/appstream/os

https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/extras/os

and various others similarly

all return
403, message='Forbidden', url=URL('https://cdn.redhat.com/....') ie URL as appropriate

Certainly if I try and browse any of those URLs I get a rejection in the browser, if I use curl/wget I see a 403 error message.

Has something changed?
