[RHOCP 4] Receiving "413 Request Payload Too Large" Message When Uploading a File Through an Application Integrated with Service Mesh

Issue

• Service Mesh integration leads to "413 - request_payload_too_large" errors when attempting to send oversized files from the app to the OCP4 cluster application as backend.
• Large file transfers between the service and the backend microservice on OCP4 cluster encounter "413 - request_payload_too_large" issues due to Service Mesh integration.
