Installing wifi driver in red hat server 9 in dell vostro 2520 laptop & Playing mp4 & Mp3 files in red hat linux 9

I have just installed red hat linu9 9.3 server on my dell vostro laptop 2520. My wifi driver of laptop are not picked by linux. Also MP4 Files are not playing.

Kindly helpme in this matter so I am able to access internet on my laptop so that I can study linux server.
