3scale SaaS developer notifications are no longer received
Issue
Since approx. Nov 6th, my team (several colleagues) are no longer receiving 3scale developer notifications from the email address no-reply@3scale.redhat.com. These typically include:
- New account created
- Account plan change request
- Account deleted
- New messages
We need to see these emails in order to support our customers. We have not made any changes our side and can confirm that all our staff have the notifications box checked.
