How do i see the activity on my ticket# 398034?

I'm new to this "Create Discussion"thing, so I don't even know who will see this.

I called RH Cust Sup a couple of days ago and i think this ticket was created for me. i got an email with this ticket referenced in it. I figure that I should be able to see a description and status of it from my RH login account, but I don't see anything like that.
