• How to remove a compute node from an InstanceHA setup in Red Hat OpenStack Platform 13?

  • InstanceHA works perfectly after applying High availability for compute instances.

  • However, unfortunately, after executing a scale-down of an InstanceHA compute node (e.g. instanceha-compute-02) with the following procedure: Removing Compute Nodes - one ends up in the following state:
