While doing live storage migration getting 'Volume already exists' error message.

Issue

• While doing live storage migration getting 'Volume already exists' error message.
• Failed to move the disk $DiskName to $StorageDomain
• I have e problem with a vdisk that fails to move to another storage domain.The guest both fail during live storage migration and when it is down. It look like it fails because is thinks the vdisk already is present on storagedomain or already moved, but i RHEVM it shows it's not.
