TEIID31261 Max estimated size

I have a problem on a procedure I am returning the error:

22:19:15,866 ERROR [org.teiid.PROCESSOR] (Worker148_QueryProcessorQueue308008)
TEIID30019 Unexpected exception for request wZjUKrsLHCJ+.4: org.teiid.core.TeiidComponentException:
TEIID31261 Max estimated size 11,731,462,968 for a single operation/table id 59,396 has been exceeded.

The procedure involves a Loop While loop, after having inserted in the table about 6,500,000 records it returns the error. Previously he did not give problems and was executed
in about two hours. The number of records has always been the same.
