Issue

In Decision Central when deploying a rules container to a template, I cannot change the Runtime Strategy. It's stuck on "Singleton", which is unsatisfactory for the types of rules we're writing.

Resolution

Process extension is disabled by default in Red Hat Decision Manager 7. The consequence of this is that any process related settings is not available, so this is expected behavior.
