RHEL 9.4 and 8.8 - Opmanager's Syslog Viewer not working

Anyone has experience with same issue that Opmanager's syslog viewer is not getting any logs when running within RHEL 9.4 & 8.8 platform?

To isolate - had the same exact setting/configuration using Ubuntu platform with Opmanager's syslog viewer and it's working fine without any issue.

Do I need to enable any subscription or patching for RHEL for OpManager's syslog to work? I know that syslog is enabled by default on most of the RHEL versions. I am a newbie to RHEL and would like to seek some help.
