Hello

I have a vm running rhel8.5
When i am trying to configure ntp client on that vm, the status remains in unusable state and the reach value is 0 for all output

MS Name/IP address Stratum Poll Reach LastRx Last sample

^? hostname 0 10 0 - +0ns[ +0ns] +/- 0ns

Has anyone ever encountered this issue? What can be done to resolve this issue?

NOTE:
selinux and firewall is disabled on the vm and the ntp server is in the same network. There is no firewall between vm and ntp server.
