"Integrity: Problem loading X.509 certificate -126" when boot system after update kernel

System: RHEL 9.4
Kernel Version: 5.14.0-427.13.1.e19_4.x86_6
NVIDIA Driver Version: 555.52.04 - BETAexception when booting system
Secure Boot: Off
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Platinum 8259CL CPU @ 2.50GHz * 2
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX-3080 Ti

To install NVIDIA driver on RHEL, I firstly install kernel-devel by running "yum -install kernel-devel', then the driver was installed successfully. However, an exception was throwed that "Integrity: Problem loading X.509 certificate -126" while using kernel 5.14.0-427.20.1.e19_4.x86_6 version. I attmpted to turned to kernel 5.14.0-427.13.1.e19_4.x86_6, and the system was booted correctly but it warned that "NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running." as soon as I tried to command "nvidia-smi"

In fact, I'm using Hyper-V virtualization and PCIe pass-through to setup the environment in virtual machine. And I've determined that Secure Boot was off and UEFI was working normally.

I've searched this issue but the solution given was to disable Secure Boot thus it havn't end my issue.
