Enabling enhanced security in Windows virtual machines

Hi, trying to follow the steps here in RedHat documentation for enabling enhanced security in Windows virtual machines:

I get to the point where I am able to toggle the switch to enable Memory Integrity, but when I reboot the Windows VM, the switch has returned to the "off" position. Anyone else run into this issue? Happy to provide more detail if needed!
