Error: Unable to find a match: iotop traceroute tcpdump nfs-utils

I have the subscription manager attached, but it shows no repos available and have managed to attach a pool (Successfully attached a subscription for: Red Hat Beta Access). Post that when I try to install these packages, its giving me unable to find a match error
