Host not found error when SSH to studentvm in RedHat OpenShift labs OpenTLC

After enrolling I got a mail as below
ssh_command: ssh lab-user@studentvm.xtcrx.sandbox806.opentlc.com
password: *************

Followed and completed basics as per below link
http://www.opentlc.com/ssh.html.

After registering the public key with opentlc, I tried to connect via command prompt and via putty.

But get error that host is not recognized.

ssh lab-user@studentvm.lb66e5.rhpds.opentlc.com
ssh: Could not resolve hostname studentvm.lb66e5.rhpds.opentlc.com: No such host is known.
(Windows 11 Enterprise)

Just a plain ping also is not able to resolve the host. Checked the nslookup, route print, but couldn't get any ideas to solve.

Any help, clues will be really appreciated
