VM not coming up in Second boot

Hi ,

My scenarion is i use a discovery image to boot my VMs. The VMs are discovered. But when i shutdown and restart the VM. The VM fails to boot .

When i connect to the VM console.
Its shows
booting from Hard drive.
Boot failed. Not a bootable disk.

No bootable device. Attached the VNC screen shot and the virsh dumpxml of the VM
