Cannot access application though routes

Hello All
I deployed a simple nginx application and exposed a service. I am able to access the service via curl using busy-box. I am created a route , route looks fine but when i access the application it just doesnt work.
I get Application is not available message on my browser. Any pointers will greatly be appretiated.
