Hello, and thanks for visiting our new Online User Groups area of the Customer Portal! This particular group, Getting Started with Red Hat Products, has been created to make your first steps with Red Hat products and services as easy as possible. In this group you'll be able to interact with other customers who are just beginning their Red Hat journey, and also with Red Hat Associates who are knowledgeable with Red Hat's products and website, including our Customer Service Team.
Have you found a Kbase article that solved a problem, or a tech brief that was helpful? You may find that you can provide some expertise for many of the basic questions that arise in this group, and we hope that you'll take advantage of any opportunities to share your experiences with each other.
