Integrating with CloudForms and migrating VM's/Instances from Vmware environment to Rhosp 16.1

Hello,
I have problems with adding infrastructure provider.
I've added Cloud provider RHOSP without any issues. I took credentials and API's IP address from overcloudrc.
But when i am adding infrastructure provider( Openstack Platform Director) i see 'Credential validation was not successful: Timed out stalled task.'
I am not sure but i think this is problem with connection to keystone Api because IP address allocated in ctlplane IP range. Connection URL: https://undercloud_public_hostIP:13000.
And the question is what IP address i have to use to add provider and what credentials? Maybe stackrc file?
Or could you give me the links to guides which can give the answers to this questions.
