Setup Shortcuts shows Blank Screen ??

Installing CodeReady Studio version 12.15 using installer able to proceed till step 8 where the installation starts, after a while the installation is completed and click next which takes to step 9 Setup Shortcuts, here I see a blank screen without any option for selection. On click of next nothing happens and if Quit is clicked the installation process is terminated. Did any one face this issue? Any help is appreciated.
