Gnocchi cpu.usage metric returning empty set

I have configured Gnocchi on our environment and i could see that all the instance metrics returns proper data. However, only the memory.usage metric returns no data. I checked the config with other deployments that have proper values and the configs are exactly the same.

Please help me with this.
