EAP7.2 - Portlets support

Hello,

Does EAP7.2 support portlets.

I see that JBoss Portal is used to run portlets in EAP. However, the latest JBoss Portal version is 6.2 is compatible with EAP 6.4 only.

Is there an alternate product, that can be used to run portlets in EAP 7.2. Or can the EAP 7.2 run portlets directly without portal server support.
