Unable to assign IP to interface while deploying Palo Alto VM 8.1.0 in RHOSP-12

I've tried to deploy Palo Alto VM 8.1.0 in RHOS Platform 12. Flowing the deployment guide, it was fine, management interface couldget IP but when configuring layer-3 interface for port it was unable to assigned an IP.
I tried to configured a static IP as same as the IP assigned when defining a switch port, but can not ping the PC with the same subnet nor dhcp-controller IP. Then I used dhcp-client mode in the firewall interface, but it could not receive any IP.
I've checked OSP certified vendor, it seems only OSP version 8 support for Palo alto VM. I wonder if anyone has successfully setup Palo Alto Firewall VM in OSP-12 ? And how do I check the issue related to IP assignment to VM in OSP ?
