Introduction

This guide lays out Red Hat's policies for support applicable to clusters utilizing the booth cluster ticket manager. Users of RHEL High Availability's booth component should adhere to these policies in order to be eligible to receive assistance from Red Hat Support with appropriate product support subscriptions.

Policies

Available/Supported Releases: booth is a supported technology under the following conditions:

  • RHEL 8: booth is supported by Red Hat
  • RHEL 7: booth is supported by Red Hat in RHEL 7.4 or later - using booth-1.0-7.ef769ef or later.
    • NOTE: booth is available for usage in RHEL HA clusters starting with RHEL 7.3, but was considered a Technology Preview in that release.
