Retirement of the ftp.redhat.com service

On March 1st 2024 the FTP service of ftp.redhat.com will be discontinued.

Source code (SRPMs) content will continue to be available via HTTPS.

Timeline of events:

March 1st, 2024 - Contents of FTP service will be removed.
April 1st, 2024 - FTP service will be decommissioned.
