Announcing the release of Red Hat AMQ Streams 2.4
We're pleased to announce the release of Red Hat AMQ Streams 2.4. AMQ Streams simplifies the process of running Apache Kafka on OpenShift and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
What's new in AMQ Streams 2.4
AMQ Streams 2.4 uses Kafka 3.4.0.
AMQ Streams 2.4 on OpenShift is based on Strimzi 0.34.x.
AMQ Streams 2.4 on OpenShift is supported on OpenShift Container Platform 4.8 to 4.12.

Kafka KRaft mode is a technology preview for AMQ Streams 2.4 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. For AMQ Streams on OpenShift, the feature is available as a developer preview.
Deprecated features
AMQ Streams 2.4 is the last version that supports StatefulSet
resources to manage pods. From AMQ Streams 2.5, StrimziPodSet
resources will create and manage pods.
