Now available: enhanced Customer Portal search interface

The Red Hat Customer Portal team has launched an enhanced search interface, providing a more robust and comprehensive search experience, connecting you to the content you need.

New Customer Portal search functionality includes:

  • Faceted search. You can limit searches to one or more primary content type, for example, Knowledgebase or documentation. It is now possible to limit a search to docs from a particular product or from a specific version of that product.
  • Ability to filter searches. You can filter based on product and other attributes, depending on content type.
  • Easier to discover specialized browse pages for packages, errata, CVE, and containers.

All new features work to increase findability, are based on customer feedback, and are optimized for use on mobile devices. Check it out here: https://access.redhat.com/search.
