KeyValueFilter<K,V>	A filter for keys with their values.
KeyValueFilterConverter<K,V,C>	This interface is an optimization that can be used when a filter and converter are most efficiently used as the same object composing the filtering and conversion in the same method invocation.
KeyValueFilterConverterFactory<K,V,C>	Factory for KeyValueFilterConverter instances

AbstractKeyValueFilterConverter<K,V,C>	This is a base class that should be used when implementing a KeyValueFilterConverter that provides default implementations for the KeyValueFilter.accept(Object, Object, org.infinispan.metadata.Metadata) and Converter.convert(Object, Object, org.infinispan.metadata.Metadata) methods so they just call the KeyValueFilterConverter.filterAndConvert(Object, Object, org.infinispan.metadata.Metadata) method and then do the right thing.
AcceptAllKeyValueFilter	A key value filter that accepts all entries found.
