optimizerName - The name of the optimizer

Returns:

true indicates the optimizer is a pooled strategy.

buildOptimizer

Parameters:

type - The optimizer type, either a short-hand name or the Optimizer class name.

incrementSize - The increment size.

Returns:

The built optimizer
