Parameters:

doc - The parent document

references - The list of references to sign

wsDocInfo - The WSDocInfo object to store protection elements in

signatureFactory - The XMLSignature object

secHeader - The Security Header

addInclusivePrefixes - Whether to add inclusive prefixes or not

digestAlgo - The digest algorithm to use
