BinarySecurityTokenImpl

public BinarySecurityTokenImpl(String namespaceURI,

Constructor. Default EncodingType is BinarySecurityToken.ENCODINGTYPE_BASE64_BINARY

Parameters:

namespaceURI - namespace of the element

elementLocalName - name of the element

namespacePrefix - namespace prefix of the element
