在对 RHEL 8.2 应用安全补丁或升级到 RHEL 8.3 后，系统无法引导。

• 在控制台中会看到类似于以下的错误：

  systemd[1]: Freezing execution
  

• 当启用串行控制台时，串行控制台中会显示以下消息：

  [  OK  ] Started Setup Virtual Console.
  [  OK  ] Reached target Switch Root.
           Starting Switch Root...
  [  !!  ] Failed to execute /sbin/init
  [!!!!!!] Failed to execute fallback shell, freezing.
  

• 当使用 yum 命令应用升级或安全更新补丁程序时，可以看到以下消息：
