Issue

• 'kernel: sd h:c:t:l: SCSI error: return code = 0x00010000' 错误:

  May 22 23:50:10 localhost kernel: Device sdb not ready.

• RHEL 服务器上出现 SAN 访问问题，/var/log/messages 包括以下信息：

• 在设备的 mapper multipath 中，一些路径出现错误并无法使用。日志中包括了一些事件（tur checker reports path is down），multipath -ll 输出显示一些路径出现故障：

• 一个 SAN director 出现故障，因为 lpfc 丢失了设备，系统出现 panice。
